Meditopia is a comprehensive app that provides a diverse range of meditations, mindfulness techniques, and online therapy services. Collaborating with Meditopia, we developed a Gratitude Journal for their customers.


Within this journal, users find a structured template comprising 30 days of meditation exercises and 30 days of writing practice. With QR codes provided in the journal, individuals had access to Meditopia's application for an entire month.


We believe that one of the easiest forms of meditation is simply taking a pen and a paper and writing down one's thoughts. This act of handwriting serves as a potent meditation tool, fostering concentration and mindful observation.
