*Please note that we are not offering international shipping yet. All of the conditions below are applicable for domestic orders.
Your order will be delivered to cargo within 4 working days. The delivery time varies according to the distances. Your shipment tracking number will be sent via e-mail so you can track your cargo within 2-5 days, when it is on its way to be delivered. (if it's on the weekend)
Exchange / Return:
Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to the cargo at your own expense.
For this reason, when your products reach you, we recommend that you try them as soon as possible without damaging them and return the ones you think are unsuitable as stated above.
Refunds, pursuant to the Distance Sales Agreement, will be made to your credit card within 14 business days. After your refund is approved by us, you must follow up the whole process within 14 working days by contacting your bank.

*Before you send us the product you want to return or exchange, you must specify which product you want to return/exchange for what reason, and what kind of transaction you request via e-mail. Otherwise, even if the product reaches our logistics operation center, any transaction cannot not be started.
