3. CONTRACT PRODUCT INFORMATION

In this section, the main features of the product or products subject to the contract are explained.

Delivery Type: Delivery to Address

The product subject to the contract is delivered by the SELLER's contracted cargo company to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated, depending on the distance of the BUYER's place of residence for each product, provided that it does not exceed 30 days from the date of order.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Unless the SELLER makes an offer that he will take the goods back, the Consumer will send the goods to the SELLER within 10 days from the date of the notification regarding the use of his right of withdrawal. The product specified in the article has to be sent back to the return address.

The consumer is responsible for the changes and deteriorations that occur if he/she does not use the product in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and usage instructions within the withdrawal period.

The consumer will be able to access all information regarding the problems that may arise regarding the order, including payment, product delivery and the right of withdrawal, by calling the SELLER.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   • Consumer; has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the product(s) without assuming any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt in distance contracts for the sale of goods. In distance contracts related to service provision, this period starts on the date of signing of the contract. If it is decided in the contract to perform the service before the expiry of 14 (fourteen) days, the Consumer may use his right of withdrawal until the date when the performance begins. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER in case the product is returned with the SELLER's contracted cargo company. The Cargo Company with which the SELLER is contracted as of the date of approval of this Agreement is MNG Cargo.
   • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, telephone or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not be used in accordance with the provisions of the Distance Sales Agreement. The return procedures within the scope of the Right of Withdrawal are included in the Distance Sales Contract. In the event that the returned product is not sent by the SELLER's contracted cargo company for any reason within the period, the shipping cost will be borne by the Consumer.

• The consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal for the following products:

1. a) Products related to goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the SELLER or the provider.
2. b) Products related to the goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the BUYER.
3. c) Products related to the delivery of perishable or expired goods.

ç) Goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Products related to the delivery of those whose return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.

1. d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
2. e) Products related to books, digital content and computer consumables offered in material environment if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.
3. f) Products related to the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under the subscription agreement.
4. g) Products related to accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure time for entertainment or recreation, which must be done on a certain date or period.

ğ) Services performed instantly in electronic environment or products related to intangible goods delivered instantly to the BUYER.

1. h) Products related to services that are started to be performed with the approval of the BUYER before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

6. VALIDITY

After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the Consumer in electronic environment, the stage of establishing a Consumer Agreement will be started.

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

Consumer; Complaints and objections can be made to the Provincial and District Arbitration Committee for Consumer Problems or to the Consumer Court in the place where the consumer buys the goods or services or where he or she resides, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce in December every year.
